This is an easy one. Loathsome egotist and suspected puppy-raper Frank Miller's vomitous cinematic-effluvia, The Spirit (2008) - Every frame of this film is a slap in the face to the character's creator, Will Eisner.
I've waxed ad nauseum about this creative holocaust Here (which was subsequently reprinted on Will Eisner's A Spirited Life blog Here). I'll not dignify this hate crime further with any trailer links.
